three dresses in one!
sleeves cut off of the micro mesh long sleeve mini dress, layered on top of the nylon tricot scoop back mini dress-paired with the cotton spandex jersey high-waist skirt/dress. I turned the royal blue highwaist tube skirt upside down to form a a pencil skirt fit round the thighs, belting it at the top to create the fringe for the "tulip skirt" look. Overall, this look appears to be one dress!
