"I want Easter Eggs,Easter Bunny...oh And Fergie!"
My big sister/dance role model/fashion consultant, "B", was at the White House servin' em for Easter. Sasha and Malia Obama wished for a performance from Fergie and her two infamous dancers, B. and Brandee in their very own White House. That's right, President Obama's house. How blessed my sister was to have experienced this!
Once I get my career going I'll be performing for our President too :)

This past Friday was CalArts 3rd annual Spring Fashion Show. Here's what I wore and a couple of flicks from the performance. I am definitely questioning most of the wardrobe in the show (eeeek), and i didnt feel one hundred about my hip hop performance...but other than that the party was fun! I danced all night with a LOT on my little ol' mind. whew.

WHAT SHE WORE!
Last night I went to the opening of Saharava- an MFA2 Thesis concert at my school. Choreography, Opera, Lights, Drums, Violins, Xylophones and all that. It was an amazing show. As I watched all of the intense dancing, topped with the sound of men and women hitting high and low notes gave me goose bumps! After that my two best friends and I changed our clothes and went to dance to the music of one of the live jazz bands playing in the main gallery.

One of my Sunday rituals, embracing the sunny and fashionable vibe on Melrose avenue followed by the artistic endeavors and creative scores of modernized vintage pieces at the Flea Market...only to end up at Joyrich and Brian Lichtenberg's sample sale-not knowing he would be there...I spoke with him about his magical designs on and off the runway, the possibilities of being able to work with him, and picked up an old vintage Nike Letterman jacket for ten bucks!

Today I only went to Dance & World Cultures Class and I have rehearsal at ten pm. But its Wednesday so all the dancers usually get dressed on this day because its the only day of the week we dont have to walk around in our dance clothes!

Although the print on my skinnies is not big and bold like the print on my tank, I've been doing a lot of mixing prints lately. Maybe a plaid shirt with striped shoes...who knows whats next?
