What She Wore!

thrifted wool sweater
droopy tee
DIY tie-dye skinny jeans
white lace socks
patent leather oxfords
vintage Chanel bag
Freshfest necklace accessories

Sunday: I went to work and surprisingly had an abundance of fun for some strange reason. I'm not complaining but its not the usual. And after work I got my nails done...Anyway, I paired my droopy white tee from Forever21 with my lightly Givenchy inspired gold chains by Freshfest to go for a partial Givenchy look...I'd usually attempt this when wearing all black but instead I tried something different....Seeing that I absolutely love Givenchy, more inspired ensembles coming soon.

Sucka For Sequin

Charlie Brianna

Sequin items always make a basic outfit look that much more modish for the fashion forward chics...Above, I wore my thrifted and extremely cheap sequin top, black tights, and patent leather black boots. Do you wear sequin?

V-Day Edition

(click on photos to see larger image)
leather jacket
hand-made droopy tee w/gold studs
AA tights
patent leather ankle boots
I wore this hand-designed white droopy tee on Valentines Day. It only took me about an hour altogether to complete the distressing of the shirt.

DO-It-Yourself:
You'll need the shirt of your choice, a seam ripper, and a pair of scissors.

Cut the seam off of the bottom of the shirt, take the seam ripper and pull the threads that are running horizontally downwards...it will take some time be patient! The wider you wish to have the distressed portion of your tee-shirt also depends on how wide you pull the threads that are running vertically-side to side....and I added a little touch of gold studs at the top! Have fun:)

Four Eyes Gone RIGHT

As I've been doing my daily fashion reads I snatched a couple of photos here and there that caught my eye and matched it with my obsession for the circular framed glasses, not a single degree less than a sphere-along with my current craving for a new pair of "everyday" glasses...and I've come up with this collage of what I consider
Four Eyes Gone RIGHT...

XOXO,

Will You Be Mine?

I don't know what's in store for this year's Valentines Day but I know one thing...you better look cute! What are YOU wearing?...

Tuesday

I'm Stepping Out

Or am I? I can't decide if I really like these or not...I guess I gotta see the whole ensemble...

ENSEMBLE OF THE WEEK!

Bow Tie Lovin'

I thought my sister and I were the only ones wearing handmade hair bow ties in this day and time...but I thought wrong! This girl makes and sells these crafty hair bow ties for fashion savvy chics! Check out her Etsy shop here...

ENSEMBLE OF THE WEEK!

Don't you just love the hair?

Proper

The proper protocol would be to own these heels...

Alexander Wang

Here's another DIY fashion item! The Alexander Wang sweater, as seen on the runway...it can be seen on us too! All you'll need is an over sized knit sweater (or the size of your choice), sheer fabric, needle and thread, and scissors! In Order to make this happen; just turn the sweater inside out, cut out the shapes of your desire-leaving space in between each cut, and then sew the sheer fabric from the inside where you made each cut! Very simple. I'll upload photos once I've completed mine!

Sneak Peak

As you all may know, besides dancing, as a fashion enthusiast I have a passion for fashion an style, and I am really interested in doing internships for Fashion Magazines, clothing lines, and photographers. I'm even of high interest in doing print modeling for clothing designers and lines...it's very rare that you find "not so skinny" girls doing any type of modeling work, but I can do it too! And so can you... With that said, today I did my first job as a styling assistant for a photo shoot- all coordinated through Model Mayhem. As an assistant to "B.", I would be doing so anyway. However, this shoot was not all of Freshfest clothing line (although some items were worn in the shoot), B. was the wardrobe stylist. The photographer Stephan was going for a "baby doll" theme. Here goes...
